My original appointment at 8am 10/8 did not have the Dr’s order. I was given a later time but did not work with my schedule. I fasted for nothing and had to pay $4 for parking. I was re-scheduled for 1pm the following day. I suggest they call if they are missing anything to save time and money.

Inexperienced person (female) could not find a vein to put IV. I have a small vein and told her specifically where to find the vein but she went against my input and inserted a needle in the middle of my arm (never draw a blood in that location) which she keep poking the needle inside of my arm unsuccessfully, which created a lot of pain and bruise afterwards. a week later, I still have a bruise. Another person (male) had to put the needle to my hand to put the IV finally.

I am in a wheel chair due to advanced MS. The nurse/check in agent said I was required to change from my clothes to a gown. I had come prepared in loose cotton pants and shirt only. In the process of trying to change I slipped off of the wheel chair provided In place of my own. I screamed for help and about 6 people showed up. It took several of them to pick me up and they decided I could keep my pants on. My husband was unable to help me because they prohibited him coming near the MRI machine due to his pacemaker. Went in for ultrasound scan of abdomen. Wait time for nominal, facility is nice, technician is friendly. However, a significant part of the scan was missing from the procedure. Report said "The distal pancreas is obscured by bowel gas." Isn't distal pancreas an important part of abdominal scan, given it is the part of the pancreas where if any bad things would happen it would be usually there? The people were very professional. My gripe is that I was expected to arrive 30 minutes early and wait 30 minutes which added to my parking fee.
