I was asked to come in early a still had to wait 1 hour. It was not many people but it was a long wait

This is for my mammogram appointment. Very long waiting time. Concerned about my results. But have not received the report and mammogram was done two weeks ago. Are there just no radiologists available?

Thank you for reaching out. I'm incredibly sorry about the delays. There is a national shortage of radiologists impacting practices across the country. We are lucky enough to have hired several new physicians which because of onboarding them has further increased our reading time. While we anticipate this to resolve, we are currently behind which is not our norm. Again, we do apologize for the delay.

The experience at Hill imaging was fine. I would not say that about app and making an appointment which I would give 1 star. I was supposed to receive a link so that I could book online. Never got it. Waited 28 min to book appt. I was also told I had to drink 32 oz of liquid one hour prior to ultrasound test, only to learn that I was told that in error and that “sorry, the schedulers make that error a lot.” Then give them some training please. In contrast, everyone at the actual facility was highly professional and kind.

Extremely difficult to get attention via phone. Once scheduled, the services are excellent . Calling and getting a copy of the CD is another annoying experience
