I was very disappointed to pay $10. For parking for 1.5 hrs when I was not taken into the room timely . I heard another person complain when they paid $8. Ideally, one hour of the parking should be paid by medical facility. I will look for other options.

Unfortunately, we do not own the parking garage and have no control over it. However, we do offer free parking at our other locations in West Covina, Glendora, Arcadia, and Cordova Street in Pasadena.

Keeping a 92 year old on her back with her neck turned for long periods of time (50 minutes) for the carotid study was difficult and painful. Seemed the technician was new and inexperienced. After about 25 minutes someone with skill/knowledge finally assisted this individual. I don't mind people learning but the clinical instructor/mentor should have been there the whole time.
