Very good experience. Technician was on time & sensitive to my full bladder. Made me as comfortable as possible. Courteous & professional.

The mammogram experience wasn’t the greatest (no surprise there). However, I was in pain in my right breast for over a week. At my age I’ve never had this happen.
The nurse was very harsh, I did not get her name. I was very nervous about the MRI set and test and she didn’t make it any easier for me. I understand she may have been there all day and may even have been tired. It was no excuse. I felt rushed, over whelmed with the process. As she set me up on the table she was pushing me as she set me up. Never once talked me through the process, so it was hard for me to follow her lead. The only nurse who showed compassion was the nurse who started my IV, very professional.

Every time I have ever come to Huntington-Hill Imaging Center on Fair Oaks, I have received a cheerful greeting. On this occasion, I was taken in promptly at my scheduled appointment time. The ultrasound technician, Nadjo, was wonderful. She was friendly, she made me comfortable, and she performed the scan very efficiently.

My Appointment was set-up for 9:00 AM on Monday 4/21/25. I was there at 8:30 AM and was checked in by a very pleasant front-end associate. Starting at 9:00 AM, I was bypassed, and other patients who came after me were seen before me. Maybe there appts were before 9:00 AM or at 9:00 AM. Wen it was 9:30 AM I went to the front-end desk and asked the associate who helped me with the sign in, what was going on as other patients were called and not me. There are different types of exams with each patient so wait times can vary depending on the particular exam. However, this doesn't excuse the extended wait time and any delays should have been communicated better with you. Generally appointments are on time but wouldn't you guess it, vthis time I was having an ultrasound that required me to have 32 oz of water in my bladder. I checked in at 4:10 p.m., 20 minutes before my appointment time and by 4:50 I stood up and started walking around feeling very uncomfortable. I already have incontinence issues to boot. Another patient asked if they could help and I said no I need to use the toilet but I'm not able to for my ultrasound.
