Treatment was courteous and humanr. What I can find to criticize is: 1) The recliners are VERY uncomfortable for smaller people. 2) The needle creating the infusion pathway hurt quite a bit. Training should be ongoing. 3) The snacks post PT/CT should be high quality, e.g. dried berries or at least organic applesauce. 4) Calling patients by their first names is wrong.

Tech was sharp and efficient but the wait time was awful. One tech for a lot of patients does not make sense. This resulted in us paying more for parking.

Good service no parking had to pay $10.50 for not even 2 hours of parking never go back again

The tek did not explain what was going to happen She handed me a ball but didn't tell me why Didn't tell me to press it if I needed her. Didn't say we starting Didn't say we're waiting Didn't say anything but hold your breath. I layed there for quite a while listi this noise. She should have told me why

I confirmed my appointment via telephone the morning and arrived and I wasn’t in the syst. The supervisor was attentive and fixed the mistake. I was told to have a full bladder and after entering the exam room, I was told it wasn’t necessary. I waited one hour before being called in for the procedure.

Only waited 5 minutes before called in, wished that they would validate parking it's very expensive, I paid $4.50 for less thank 45 minutes, this is outrageous

It was extremely difficult to schedule the test. The line was always busy; when invited to leave a number for a call back, I didn't receive the call. Also the information sent advance was wrong or inaccurate: I was scheduled to check in at 12:50 for a 2:20 procedure. When I checked in, I was told that I was early and that I should not have come in at 12:50 even though this was the time designated on the confirmation of my appointment.
