I purchased the deal and wanted the service done the same day or next day they could not accommodate my needs I didn't use the service.

They weren't available soon enough. My furnace went out and I need emergency service and had to hire another company.

The was also a a/c sealer on there for 190.00 which will hopefully stop the leak you have. Then a 50.00 charge for a furnace certification for the city, since this is a rental. They sent me an email the day afterthat they did not service my area.
My original review after service stated: "I was hoping for some actual cleaning of my condenser and furnace, but there was peace of mind knowing it was all looked over". I went to use my furnace for the first time this season and it did not work. Diagnosis: my pressure switch tube inlet was plugged. According to the tech this is furnace cleaning/tune-up 101. The reason I even invested in seasonal tune-up is to avoid issues like this. I have documentation of this issue if needed.
