That turn okay. They were responsive and they showed up on time. Just one technician came out to do the job and it took him about 30-45 minutes. I felt like they came in to do a hard sale. I feel like they did not do any specific clean up with the unit. He checked something out, but did not do the cleaning. Also he did not even have the equipment to even do the cleaning with him.

They are not professional and it is not a good company. After this company did service, DTE found gas leaking in the furnace. They come back again even charge extra fee. I could not understand why they asked money.
This is for a secondary furnace. Had a miscommunication in the beginning, my error, so took a little longer than anticipated for them to get out here. In the mean while it started to have a problem of not staying ignited. When they did get here I told them of the problem. They cleaned it and told me I needed new bearings in the motor, which meant they had to replace the motor, I agreed to this. Provider never called. I initiated all calls and felt hurried during conversations. Was promised twice that I'd get a call back and never did. So the details were never discussed and the provider went to the wrong address. Provider promised to reschedule for last week and never did. I cannot wait any longer to get my rental certified.
