Not well. After visit on a saturday where I was told all was ok I noted furnace did not turn on and I was without heat for twenty four hours. Called Schultz and to his credit the owner came out the next day on Sunday and indicated that they had caused the problem -- when the door on the furnace was put back on the furnace shut off because the door impacted on the thermocouple. As the homeowner stated, we did indeed make a mistake. We remedied this the very next day and incurred the cost as it was the right thing to do. As the homeowner also indicated, the boiler did operate properly upon leaving and 1 week thereafter. The thermocoupler was therefore working properly when we left and likewise not replaced. The fact that it failed 1 week later is unfortunate, but not completely out of the ordinary for a 50 year old boiler.
