Get directionsThey offered the lowest bid but it was Coleman hardware which didn't seem to be a good choice from our internet research. They were punctual and professional in meeting with us and providing a bid as we had requested.

HI [Member Name Removed] Thank you for considering us! In the future, we highly recommend looking at the lifespan of the merchandise you're considering to purchase. Furnaces have a average lifespan on 20 years. This makes it extremely difficult to verify what's currently a quality product. In Coleman's case, prior to 2008, they were probably the worst product on the market. At that time, Johnson Controls purchased the York, Luxaire and Coleman manufacturing and are currently making a product that is completely different to t... read more
It went well, Greg the owner was very responsive, and his employee who actually installed the furnace seems to have done a decent job. He couldn't legally do the electric work, but he tried to explain to me how to do it myself. I blame my own incompetency for not being able to perform the electrical work, so after about 4 hours of trying, I had to hire an electrician for about $150. I have to stress that this was not their fault. In addition, my water pressure dropped to a trickle after they had installed the furnace with a ... read more

This company would not drive rive 8 miles extra to do service. even though their ad said they cover this county . . .and not a part of it. Aside from the F for professionalism and responsiveness . . . They get a F for lack of common sense.
The service technician seemed inexperienced. He did not wear shoe covers when coming into my home. I had to ask him to use shoe covers, he did the first time, but several other times coming in and out of my house he did not use them. For some reason he turned off my water heater, and did not turn it back on before leaving my house, I did not know he turned off the water heater and the next morning had to diagnose why my hot water heater was not working. He diagnosed the zone2 issue to be a problem with the zone2 damper motor... read more

Hi [member name removed] Here is a copy of the message we sent on 7/28. You have not yet responded with a contact number. I think it's very unfair to leave an F grade when we can't even reach you. We are happy to provide the service you've paid for and still need a contact number to book your appointment. Please keep in mind, we don't get paid until we've completed the work and Angie's List has been notified. Thanks Greg HVAC Comfort Inc7/28/2015 Hi [member name removed] Please provide us with a contact number and we'll be h... read more
He charged $190 for a small can of "sealer", which looks like something you can buy from Home Depot or Walmart for under $5. No labor involved what so ever. I don't know what this sealer is when he said I need it. When I saw the can, I know I have been ripped off. I have already paid his visit for $70 and $200 for the coolant he said 2.5 lb.

This company over charges customer. I will never use them again.

Service Provider did not fix anything. He claimed he cleaned it but my daughter's friend took pictures and it was filthy. I paid $64 for nothing. He quoted me $500 to do what was needing to be done, which is ridiculous. My daughter's friend added Freon and cleaned it and now it works perfectly
