Not worth the price for 1 night
The room was not available upon arrival. We had to leave and go to another hotel.
My room was extremely hot the first night, and all I was offered was a fan and to open my windows but one of my windows didn't even have a screen, so I wasn't going to keep that open. I was told there was no AC in any rooms at the time, but two of my friends had AC running in their rooms. Also, the food service wasn't great. We all got our food at completely different times while sitting together, and had to get our waiter a couple times for help.
The room was very small. No drapes on windows. Furniture was worn and old. Only one chair in room No safe in room. Bathroom did not have water glasses. Did not have any moisturizer in shower or anyplace in room. I've stayed in nicerHOLIDAY INN'S. I do not recommend this hotel
Understaffed and old facility. A lot of problems with rooms. Bad experience.
The thermostat was not working in our room and we spent a very uncomfortable 2 days at Hyatt. Will not come back
They changed my reservation without telling me, cancelled my second night stay, removed all of my belongings from the room and didn’t even call me. My stuff was placed in garbage bags and taken down to housekeeping. Terrible experience.
