At check in we were told that the hotel restaurant was closed for a while so no food available at property during our stay. We were directed to walk to a local supermarket for food. We should have been made aware of this at booking time as we would have chosen a different hotel with a restaurant. Tv didn’t work in our room. Front desk told us to wait for engineer to fix. After insisting on a room change which was not offered - new room had replacement blinds for broken blinds which didn’t block out light from outside.
Room was very small for an extended stay hotel bed linens were too thin mattress was uncomfortable no natural light, and no ability to run Netflix or YouTube.
The management team was rude and unhelpful
Do not stay here. Stay far away. Not safe to stay. My female employee had to check out early due to not feeling safe after the front desk didn't check her in properly 2 days prior, so they claimed housekeeping and security went to check on a "dirty" room to be able to sell only to open the door overnight while she was sleeping, "good thing the deadbolt was latched" and when they were unable to get it, left the door cracked. This property is outdated and very dirty. There were multiple yellow stains on the sheets. After I asked for new sheets, they brought another set with yellow stains! The kitchen in the room is useless as the top cabinets are close to the stove and the sink,impossible to use them. There is not any place to get coffee or lunch during the day. Breakfast was ok. Parking was ok but not safe as it was not gated. The rooms are dark and depressing. The carpet is dirty and stinky.
Not so clean The room was really small, plus they don't seem to pay much attention to upkeep or cleanliness. I've stayed at youth hostels cleaner than this place.
Check in was for 4pm. Couldn’t check in till 530. Room was still dirty
