Disappointed. Hotel was short staffed. Our room was not ready until 30 minutes after check in time. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone when you call from the room, probably bc there is one staff. The restaurant was out of 2 key meals, and the bartender was the only staff working in the space making either drinks or food delayed on a busy Saturday evening. Elevator was so far from lobby! Everyone was complaining. Breakfast was inedible. Including coffee. Way too $$$ for this place.

Check in was at 4, we were told at 4:08 that our room was not ready (along with many other people) and to come back at 4:45. At 5pm, room still not ready. We were told it was because the hotel was fully booked the night before so they couldn’t clean the rooms in time. So, they’re saying the hotel is not functioning properly. I have never experienced this in my life. Room finally ready at 6pm. No offer of something like water bottles or a snack ir anything else as an apology. An immediate member of my family passed away 2 hours after I checked in and had to immediately check out without staying the night. Nothing in the room had been touched, only bags were placed on the floor and staff was unwilling to provide any sort of credit for future use. Very disappointed with Hyatt and their lack of sympathy.

I never stayed here i made the reservation by mistake and contacted them with in 5 minutes of making the reservation and they refused to give me refund this is this is unacceptable behavior for business
