No window shade. The parking lot light pole shone directly in my face in bed. Sleep was virtually impossible. The walls are so thin I could hear a normal conversation in the room next to me. And walking and normal noises in the room on the other side. In the morning, bright sunshine at 6:20 because NO SHADES. The 'privacy screen ' did nothing against actual light. Female traveling alone: Airlines changed flight but not connecting flights. Expedia had me on 2 planes at the same time. Called Expedia to work out new flights and to keep the hotel reservation. Spoke with 2 Expedia reps for changes. Worked on a new flight and to maintain the hotel reservation for the remainder of time booked. Confirmed with reps the hotel was booked for the rest of stay. I like it the hotel But the swimming pool it was close until June They should warned me before I did the booking too expensive and no pool very unprofessional my kids were expecting to jump in the pool
No warm water to shower and the heater was broken too!
The stay would of been better if the elevator worked with my 84 year old father on the third floor. Very inconvenient and unpleasant
There was so much noise coming from another room. I ended up calling the desk at 3 a.m. after being awoken by loud shouting and sharp voices. How did staff not know this was happening? To give them credit, it did seem that staff addressed my concerns, as they did finally quiet down. The area around the hotel is dark and isolated and I did not feel safe going to my car at 5 a.m. for an early flight.
