The service I received did not satisfy the quality of service The Hyatt claims to give to its customers. My room was NOT cleaned and when I addressed the front desk about the issue they showed no type of interest in resolving the problem. In fact they did not fix it. Since room service didn’t come in we had no towels, no tissues, no toilet paper and all the trash accumulated from the night before. Terrible Terrible Terrible Hotel room was tired. There was no fresh water bottles, coffees, tea, milk or other amenities. The cups and silverware were filthy so even with what we brought in we had no supplies with which to eat. The kitchen sink was broken so even water was not drinkable. In the bathroom there were no supplies such as body cream or q tips. Only supply was shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall. we reserved the hotel because it had a pool. We were disappointed that the pool closes at 6:00 PM. We stayed in the Marriott and the Hampton Inn in the same week, and both had their pools close at 10:00 PM. Also the breakfast experience was very bad. We waited in line for about 10 minutes, and when it was our turn, there was no food. The lady who was supposed to refill the food was also making omelettes which didn't make sense at all. I have been to this hotel multiple times and my most recent stay was below subpar. Check in is at 4pm and they only allow you 2 hours in the pool in the height of summer. They abruptly kick you out exactly at 6 pm. So now, you pay for two hours of pool use. On top of this, their employees approached our family to ask us to leave the courtyard as guests are no longer allowed to congregate outside. The rooms or a least the one I had(king suite) seemed very small and cramped. I never seen housekeeping during my stay (5nights) except for when they would bring me some towels. I guess room cleaning is optional, and they expect the guests to use the same towels and linens for the entire stay. Very disappointing!!!!
