The privacy shade was stuck and it wouldn't roll down and the bathtub/shower was not too clean. The next morning we informed the front desk and by the end of the day both issues were fixed! It was nice to return to our room with everything clean and the privacy shade repaired.

Clear, nearer hotel Clean, nearer hotel with good customer service. I found the bed a bid hard for my liking and woke up pretty stiff each morning.
