No maid service We stayed Mon-Friday. Although we requested maid service 4 days in a row, we never received any, no maid service for the entire week. No refills on coffee, we had to request clean towels which we did get. All we got when we told them was, “I’m sorry, I’m let ‘them know” who’s them the room fairies? I thought by upgrading our hotel stay we would have better service. The room itself was nice, especially since we had to keep it picked up. Used this hotel for a family wedding and on the day of wedding they had a significant water problem and had no water for most of that day. Thankfully I already showered but my daughter had to find another place to shower. The manager did not even seem to be concerned and said sorry nothing I can do. He was not sympathetic to our situation and for that reason alone. Wouldn't recommend. The rooms are nice though, just no microwave
I stayed here because it was between my sister's place and a wedding venue. The room is very large and nice, however no microwave. Then they had a water leak issue on the day of the wedding. We had no water. Had to leave hotel to shower at families house, thank goodness we could. I then had to change rooms at midnight after the wedding. Would NOT stay again Hotel over booked and was unable to give us the room with two queens which I had made my reservation for. My whole family was in a king room. The room smelled, the pull out bed that was provided in place of our queens was terrible and had disturbing stains. The bathroom drains were the source of the smell in the room and the ceiling had some odd spot that looked like vomit on it. The front desk was unhelpful.
Here four nights and room wasn't cleaned, we did get clean towels once.
