Bad smelling room The room smelled like flatulence

Check in process wasn’t friendly less than a great experience. I said hello how are you and Olivia just stared at me. Like I was a bother and a huge inconvenience. Then I said thank you after checking in and got nothing. Where I come from professionalism, hospitality, conversation and manners is must when working in customer service. Cheap but get what you pay for The pool was cloudy and smelled like sulfur. The carpet had mutiple stains in our room. The entire floor had an unfortunate smell

Awkward set set up. Elevators went down
We had dirty towels in our room, no soap, we had to ask for soap. The elevator broke, we were on the 6th floor. Condoms in the landscaping outside the pool. The breakfast buffet didnt have food and it was filthy. Seating was gross and not cleaned, there was food strewn all over the buffet area. Worst hyatt we've ever stayed at. I didnt take photos. Just do better.

Don’t book this place!! The front desk staff were friendly and that was the only positive aspect of our five night stay. The room was decent, but very dated- as was the entire hotel. It was old and didn’t look or feel clean. Stains all over the hallway and elevator floors- disgusting. We had difficulty getting our room cleaned; at one point the cleaning people told the front desk that they had spoken to us and we had requested not to have our room cleaned.
