No Maid Service!
1. Staff continuously on their phones, no welcome, no good morning they just ignore you. Completely unwelcoming and absorbed with scrolling on their phones. 2. We weren't told even basic things like the hours of breakfast, checkout times etc.. 3. Someone smoked in the bathroom and we had to leave the fan on 24/7 to keep it from seeping into the room. The breakfast was terrible both mornings we were there. First morning at 8:00 am Mouldy bread, cold scrambled eggs, out of orange juice, French toast was hard as a rock, 2 nd morning they were out of everything but cold food when we came at 9:00

Internet didn’t work and breakfast finished at 9!

The room smelled musty or moldy. There were stains on the couch and carpet. Water leaked from the sink on to the carpet when in use. Air conditioning was very loud but over all it worked for the time we needed the room.
