What I was disappointed of was the help at the front desk. I had a two nights stay that was prepaid and we decided to stay only one night. I went to the desk And requested a one night stay and it was granted however I was charged for the night that we didn’t stay and the Hyatt property refused to refund the amount. I have stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. My plans did change for reasons beyond my control - and yes - I booked through expedia - but found it very difficult to change my plans with the front desk. I come to the area two or three times - and thought I had found my "go-to" hotel - now I am not so sure.

Bleh It was insanely expensive for what it was. We booked the room for five people, two queens and a pull out full. When we checked in, they told us they only had a king room available?!? At 3 in the afternoon. The room was not clean, hopefully they changed the sheets, not just made the bed. The pools didn’t have towels, I had to go in twice to ask for some. Very bad experience Dirty and old place. The carpet looks dirty and disgusting. The bathroom is super small and smells terrible.

I booked this stay on the Expedia mobile app about an hour and a half before we got there. Got a confirmation and everything seemed fine. When we got to the property, the front desk told me they overbooked the hotel and we didn't have a room. This is at 11:50PM on New Year's Eve, mind you. They informed us that we could stay at another of their properties about 20 minutes away. Exhausted, and faced with few other options, we took the offer. Deceptive advertising. We reserved two queen beds and when we got to the hotel they said they didn’t have any rooms with two beds. We had pre-paid the reservation for two beds. We ended up having to sleep on the hide-a-bed. This is completely unacceptable! We have been using this hotel for years. No longer.

Faulty Plumbing The vents were miss piped and gurgled whenever someone used the water. The shower hot/cold was piped backwards.

There isn't much to like here. In our 3 day stay they didn't clean room even once. All dirty cups, trash nothing. Some used Kleenex from previous stay were also left on countertop. I spoke to front desk they seemed sympathetic but did not take any action. We didn't get our preferred room either and it was blamed on Expedia. Breakfast hours were also not flexible to match with area event (PDT ) Only stand out has been Ata in breakfast room, she simply phenomenal and attentive.
