There were no services. I was told by Banner medical facility that I would be given a discount for my stay but the hotel refused to give me a discount.

So-so First, the bathroom layout means some contortions to get in or out. The bath towels were old and tattered. The tv was not a smart tv and the only way to watch something besides live txt was thru Crome cast, which rendered a mono-chromatic picture that was impossible to watch. The breakfast was so so but the staff was so overwhelmed they couldn’t keep up. Dirty tables and no utensil's. At their price point, this was disappointing.

Customer service was great. Room AC didn’t work right and wouldn’t stop heating when we were trying to cool the room down. There was an intense sewer gas smell on our floor the morning of checkout. Things happen I understand that. We paid some good money for last minute accommodations and feel like we overspent. We will find a new location next visit. Staff and breakfast was great!

Don't stay here! Bath tub did not drain well at all and was very dirty with nonslip tape peeling off. Window was missing a pull down filter shade. TV hotel menu did not work and was not a smart TV (no way to do Netflix, Hulu, etc.). At the lounge bar, the lady didn't know anything about drinks, didn't even know what type of glass to put wine in!
