Enjoyable stay. We mostly stay at Hyatt Place when traveling. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. My only issue was the AC rattled and the motor never shut off even though I turned the unit off.

Good Area Most everything was good. The area was safe and the staff was friendly. The only negative comment is that the room hadn't been dusted in a while and the air conditioning unit's vents were covered in thick dust.

This property was conveniently located close to restaurants and ease access to other areas of the City. The staff seemed friendly and tried to be helpful. The first room we were given had a very strong weird smell .. like someone was smoking in it and then tried to cover it up with disinfectant spray, the showed dripped and the toilet took a lot of effort to stop it from running. The rooms are very dated.. bathroom is tiny and you have to perform ballet moves to get in and out without hitting yourself by either the door or the toilet. The queen beds advertised are not queen, they are full size… we also had the dead bolt close on us by itself and had to wait till 1am will little kids for someone to come and get us back into our room.. took them about 2.5 hours just to come out.
