Everything was fine, except no hot tub. I was disappointed to learn there is no hot tub.

Horrible experience. Staff very unfriendly Room not cleaned. Found old food in the refrigerator. Floors and carpets dirty. Had to step into shower to open up the bathroom door. Room smelled like weed party. Watered down drinks at overcharged prices lousy breakfast no kitchen service. Do not stay here. Pool was gross

The room was dirty. Trash wasnt emptied, there was something on the bathroom door. And every surface was covered in dust.

Don’t stay here Bedside light not working, dirty, blow dryer didn’t work, bed extremely uncomfortable, pillows are sparse and flat and mattress was hard, blanket was terrible like paper, left itchy for two days, shower water pressure not existing, ac extremely loud and sounded like a non stop washing machine

Not worth the price I was disappointed in my stay. Check in was chaotic. Phone ringing the whole time and people waiting in line all while hotel workers were not at the front desk. They also completely ignored my special request for my room. The shower had hair in it, the headboard was dirty, lots of spots in the room were dirty. Housekeeping also kept knocking on my door the day of check out, 2 hours before I needed to check out. Just was not a comfortable stay.

bed had fuzzies under cover, toilet, bathtub had dirt stains. sheets on the bed weren’t on all the way. And for some reason they gave me a handicap room.

Room was very dusty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Check in - only 1 person checking in at front desk. Bar- no one to take our diet since there was no one working the bar area. Not to mention it was happy hour.

Will not recommend this place!!! Employees are rude! Checking in is late and didn’t get the room we reserved! Front desk manager didn’t make us feel valued customer. They just gave us the available room that they can give us even after asking what we like😡 Terrible place!!!
