Nothing unique … Assigned Room door was broken so reassigned. Reassigned room was disgusting and filthy Third assigned room was adequate. Very disappointing experience especially at price charged!
This was not the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Far from it. I'm certain the staff means well but there was visible soiling on the wallpaper next to the toilet in the bath. The bathtub desperately needs an update and was permanently soiled. I could not even bathe my grandson it was so icky. The carpet was also filthy with visible dog urine stains on the carpet. Disappointing The room was right next to the freeway so it was noisy. No clean towels or coffee for 3 days
Did not have room ready and had the wrong room for us, usually great place to stay, but messed up this time for sure.
Nice big suite and it was quiet, none of that hallway noise that you sometimes get. The staff was very friendly and attentive. No on-site restaurant. It shower faucet handle stuck and it was hard to get the water turned on and off. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been.
I didn’t like that I had to request house keeping to come clean my room. I was told they don’t exchange towels, make beds, give more toilet paper unless I request it. First place that has ever happened
Very unpleasant experience I had a very unpleasant experience while staying at this Hotel and will never stay here again. The manager Pamela is very unprofessional and did nothing to address my concerns when brought to her attention. It is unfortunate that people like Pamela are in the hospitality business and treat customers so poorly.
