Our room was nice and clean but the bathroom needs some working on makes a loud noise every time we flushed the bathtub needs some work done also
No cold water first night so water was scalding hot so no shower. 2 doubles instead of King. Service was good.
Water was burning hot. Had no cold water. Couldn’t take a shower and could barely wash hands it hurt so bad.
There was no cold water available in the bathrooms and the hot water was near boiling so the only way to shower was to turn it as cold as possible and get in/out many times to avoid burning yourself. The pool was also under maintenance so we couldn't swim. Overall, it was a terrible experience for a family with young children as they couldn't swim nor safely shower.
They didn't make my room while I staying in two nights.
