It was ok. But Room service is every Three Days. We called to have Clean towels brought up and they asked if we could go down and pick them up. Really? I refused and they did bring up to room. Dont think I will ever stay there again.
Property was clean, staff was friendly, elevator was loud and jerky and the pool was disappointing(very small and ice cold)
The room was very poor
More 'dated' than I expected but more than acceptable.
Our stay.. Hotel was nice, arrived with my husband and ended up with one bath towel, tv was not up to par. Turning the tv on was good at first for the first five minutes it started giving issues. Our stay was overnight.
Aged property & not clean. Hampton across the street better option, in our opinion.
The property was clean and nice but the staff was inept. We were there for 5 nights and they never changed the sheets. They did not give us new towels until the 4th day and we had to keep asking them. The breakfast did not include water or toast.
Terrible experience.
