They charge a “resort fee” but you get nothing for it
I had water leaking into the room. The room smelled musty from the water that came in from the balcony The balcony was lovely.
Construction started at 9am.. woke up to saws and drills
There was no hot water in the shower. The shower wouldn’t turn off easily and the water was cool even when you turned the knob all the way to the left. I notified the hotel staff but I already had decided to leave. Not happy with my experience. Please refund my expense. Thanks in advanced.
The hotel room was listed as a smoking room. I even called to confirm it was a smoking room. When I arrived at the hotel I was told it was a non smoking hotel during checkin. Expedia falsely advertised the room as smoking. I wish I could get reimbursed because I basically only booked the room for the ability to smoke in the room.
Bad choice Dirty bathroom, smelly room.
Sad hotel The fire alarm went off very early in the morning and it was a false alarm. It malfunctioned and the elevator was broken the night before
Disappointed We arrived to check-in at about 3:50pm (check-in time listed as 3pm) and were informed that the room wasn't ready yet. We were offered a free drink but what we really needed was time and space. Upon finally getting the room, we dropped our bags and left for the evening. When we returned we noticed that the room felt very warm and the thermostat said the room was 75 deg. F, we set it to 68 and thought it would cool down.
