Terrible experience. The refuse to clean rooms or provide any service, using Covid as an excuse. Very few staff working here, and the ones that are have no idea what they are doing. Over charged my credit card and still trying to get that refunded. TOTAL scam of a hotel.
There was absolutely no service. They gave us a key and that was it. No maid service, no trash emptied, no ice, no valet parking even though it was "included" in the rate I booked. I won't be coming back. I thoiugh Hyatt's were first rate.
I expected more from a Hyatt, frankly. Upon checkin, I was told there was no housekeeping and I would have to call Guest Services for additional towels. I stayed in a king terrace room (the terraces are large and spacious, although all on the second floor-absolutely no view). The hotel was quiet and I did not see many other guests.
It's somewhat unfair to review a hotel duringthe Pandemic. The staff was bare bones. No one ever picked up the phone when trying to reach the front desk or concierge. The premium room on a high floor was extremely compact; a king bed with about 3 feet of circulation on all three sides. A slim desk, small closet & small bathroom filled the rest of the room. Corridor noises were very loud & perceptible; no sound proofing. At $415 taxes, I would have expected better from Hyatt. Would we go back?NO!
