The restaurant was not open for breakfast, no coffee or tea. The water coming out of the shower head was cold.
New Years eve disappointment Arrived to a welcoming desk but once up in the room it wasn't fully clean had sticky residue on the bathroom door Tried to use the terrace which is why we booked a room with a terrace but there was no light outside and the furniture and tables were wet and not wiped down. The magnifying mirror also did notwork while I was trying to remove my makeup. Lobby is lame. Rooms are extremely small for NYC. No water pressure in shower. Stains on the shower walls. They wasted our time to send us park at their affiliated 24hours parking and no one was there to open the door. Nightmare, avoid this hotel.

Very difficult to get them to clean the room each day ! Come back at 10 pm after all day out and room not clean
Due to extreme weather conditions, we couldn’t make our trip and they would not allow us to move it.
Front staff so unfriendly. Lobby almost non existant, wifi kept turning off. Only upside is the location. Will not stay here again. Doesnt deserve Hyatt name.
