Just ok No breakfast, room was small, had to pay for water,
Very convenient location Good location, close to Union Square and convenient for both downtown and midtown. New and modern, friendly staff. Rooms are on the small side but this is common in NYC. View from the rooms not facing the street is not great and they can be a bit dark, but they are more quite. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor and away from the lift if you are a light sleeper. とてもステキなホテルです。 街中のお洒落なホテル。地下鉄のアクセスもよく、観光にとても便利な立地です。スタッフのの方もフレンドリーです。お部屋はテラス付きで、綺麗でしたが、テラスにタバコの吸い殻がたくさん落ちていたのでハウスキーパーにすぐに掃除をお願いしました。（禁煙ルームだったので外で喫煙されていたのでしょう）また、テラスに植木があるからか、部屋に蚊が数匹いました。それ以外はとても居心地のいいお部屋でした。
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to accommodate us. 10/10 on staffing. Excellent location. So convenient a location for Parsons/New School. Second time stay, would definitely be my first choice again for this area of the city.
WiFi wouldn’t connect the whole time but overall everything was great. Clean and comfortable room with updated appointments.
The bar was excellent and I loved that they squeezed all their own lemon lime and pineapple juice daily
