Perfect Place We have been to NYC many times to visit our son and his family and have never had a nicer hotel. First, they greet you at the door to check you in, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Second, the location is perfect. Union Square is a beautiful area, the fresh market is great and many conveniences near by (Walgreen's, Spa Blue etc). Third, the restaurant and bar in the hotel are well worth a visit. Don't miss this one!
Birthday I had the most wonderful night at Hyatt union square. We had a room with a Terrance and it was so great perfect we barely left the room except to eat!
We just picked the wrong weekend! Everything was just as it should be except for something out of Hyatt's control. It was the weekend for the Gay rights parade and the traffic and congestion was a little overwhelming!
very convenient location, esp for NYU parents! Great hotel and restaurant is good, too. Perfect place for people watching! I do honestly believe that the staff is encouraged to interact with the customers and they do it in a very friendly way.
Perfect location for our needs
Courteous and helpful staff! Excellent stay! Extremely helpful and courteous front desk staff. The quality of a familiar brand, with a boutique hotel vibe. Great location, convenient to subway, restaurants and shopping. Not as over touristy as a stay in mid-town.
