Nice Hotel in Union Square The initial room I was given had an “open concept” bathroom (shower, sink right off the room with a separate toilet room) which I was NOT into! After expressing my concerns I was given a room with a “closed concept” bathroom. ( shower, sink and toilet in a separate enclosed room) Worth knowing before you book if it matters to you! This hotel has a great staff and the location can't be beat! Rooms are on the smaller side but they are very comfortable and clean!
Great location, slow service. Perfect location for the West Village. Small rooms but very intelligently organized and extremely comfortable. Our room was not ready at 5 PM when we arrived and took until 520. Not helpful when you have reservations. We dropped the $75 for valet parking to save time but even when we gave 30 minutes notice at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday the request was “lost” And we waited another ten minutes for the car.
