Outstanding service I stayed after a surgery and the lobby staff where always enthusiastic about helping me with everything I needed, like ice packs, bags, etc I really appreciate their outstanding customer service. Thanks to all the staff.

Incredible stay at Union Square Hyatt The front desk staff was top notch from the day we checked in to the day we checked out. They are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is also very chic, with every detail meticulously thought out. It is located in a prime area, with excellent shopping, restaurants, and sights. This has become my new favorite hotel in New York City!
