The service is horrible. It's reason enough not to buy a Hyundai. The shop is always overloaded, partially because Hyundai GDI engines frequently fail, and they can never catch up on work. Make an appointment, but that won't matter because there's no gaurantee your car will get looked at the same day. Never there for you when you need them.
such poor communication, service rep did not want to show us the work that was done to the car. Car was so dirty from how long it took to get serviced, poor customer service overall as a dealership
Our 2020 Hyundai Sonata has been in your repair shop more than 10 times!!!!!! Oh my! So angry! Hyundai Vacaville CA has absolute horrible service and our car is not fixed. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION as well. We still don't have our car or any updates and it's been 14 days! Taken it in for same issue multiple times. They are not fixing it at all! We will escalate this to upper management very soon.
Had a coupon they sent me said good for up to $100 for ANY SERVICE. Fine print said not good for retail parts, tires or collision repair. For my service it indicates what I thought would be about a $17 or $18 credit. The lady who checked me in said I couldn't use it for my service. I had already purchased my part so they charged me $118 to install it. She said my coupon wasn't good for that and I said why not because you are charging me $118 for service only. Customer service was excellent. Jackie did a great job explaining, however the repair quotes weren't in my budget and very, very high. I could have bought a new vehicle for the quote they gave $11K. It was a rip off.
When I asked to check my navigation screen, they said they would do it, but it would cost me $236 for a diagnostic if they don't find anything wrong. I've never had to pay a fee for them to check the navigation screen. It's an ongoing problem.
They are very nice there and helpful although my car is a 2017 Santa Fe I have never been so disappointed in a car burns oil like I've never seen before the trunk that raises and shuts is already broken
Worst dealership. Nobody answers the phone. I paid a lot but issue wasn't fix. Installed a defective part and wouldn't warranty it. My car was so dirty when they release it. Bad customer service all in all.
