9:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation, arrived five minutes early. Service drive impacted and CB only one lane open, the rest are closed with cars parked in every open space. The oil reset button was done , I complain about the cover on the back cab it is not opening they didn't even look at it I was promise a free wash even once a month that have never done even in service, nit doing the reset button is a red flag for me ..
If I could give negative 80 stars I would. I brought my car here in august and still do not have it back. No one calls me and I cannot get ahold of anyone
Took the better part of a day to get the oil changed. Ugh. Not sure we want to waste this much time again.
Horrible. They way we have been treated and handled is unacceptable. Our car was at Vacaville with Hyundai for 10 months for a defective failed engine and after 6 months of being there our vehicle was broken into window shattered and console damaged. We were never told until we tried to pick up our car and after allowing Hyundai to repair we waited another 2 months & car still runs terrible. We were reimbursed us for detail/stolen items/tint but car runs terribly

The quality of customer service has declined at this dealership. I brought my car in due to an unresolved issue. My car was here for over 2 months with not too much follow up. The service guy I was working with was moved and no one followed up with the work that was to be done. Promised returned phone calls were not made. And to top it off, when I finally got my car, I had to tow it out because the battery is now dead and will cost another $400 to replace because the car just sat unnecessarily for weeks. Didnt even fix the issue with my car after waiting a whole month for the appointment and then didnt even perform the right service that they did. 0/5 stars if I could.
I did not get what I paid for. My AC is not working, i paid to have the system recharged to fix it blowing hot air, no luck. I was told we needed an AC compressor wich would arrive in a little under a week. We are now at a month and no update. My wife drives the car with my 2 kids and they have been miserable especially sense we have had 100+ weekends this whole month. They will not offer me a rental car for whatever reason. Id reccomend not using them if possible! 30k miles ridiculous!
