Did what they said they would to fix the problems on the new to me 2012 Santa Fe. Very satisfied.
When I asked to check my navigation screen, they said they would do it, but it would cost me $236 for a diagnostic if they don't find anything wrong. I've never had to pay a fee for them to check the navigation screen. It's an ongoing problem.
They are very nice there and helpful although my car is a 2017 Santa Fe I have never been so disappointed in a car burns oil like I've never seen before the trunk that raises and shuts is already broken
Worst dealership. Nobody answers the phone. I paid a lot but issue wasn't fix. Installed a defective part and wouldn't warranty it. My car was so dirty when they release it. Bad customer service all in all.
They created new problem which didn't exist. Also service was expensive for what was provided.
Timely. No one greeted me when I pulled up to service.
I was happy with the service they were providing before, but they changed some policies about taking you home and back. Now, you have to hang out there if you don't have a ride. Also, the car dies unexpectedly. I have brought this to their attention several times, and they offered to diagnose the vehicle, but I would have to pay $228.00, which I refuse, since the car has been under warranty for the issue. Brought in for oil change + tire rotation and asked service advisor to check for brake chatter. Service completed but didn't check for brake chatter. Shop then sent a text that they wanted to charge $139 diagnostic fee to "pull the tires off" and check for the cause of the brake chatter. Even though the tires were off an hour earlier. I called the shop back but couldn't get a live human being on the phone, just a phone tree. Service dept called back an hour later when I went to get the car.
