I didn't like anything about it. Did not fix the problem + it is impossible to get service dept. to return my calls. I've called at least 6 times, no one ever answered, left messages, & never received a call back. Overall I love the car I bought at this dealer but would never buy another car there because of service department.

A salesperson responded to my inquiry and I asked for more photos, since there was only one ( a stock photo, wrong color) and service history. Never heard back. Lost sale.

The service (once I arrived was fine). It was a nightmare scheduling the service. It was the worst car experience I have ever had. Phones were never answered. Message boxes were full. When I finally reached out to Hyundai US they scheduled an appointment but then 24 hour before the appointment (I had already taken the morning off from work) the appointment was abruptly cancelled...and I needed to start all over with unanswered phones, etc. Frankly, I will never buy a Hyundai again. Oil chsnge service guy forgot to reset oil change on my vehicle/truck. NOW, its reminding me to reset oil change when its due soon which I've already taking my truck in back in Sept 4th for maintenance oil change and he forgot to top off my windshield wiper fluid ... smh

I found a car there online and live about an hour away so called to check on availability. I was told that they had pulled a part from the car to use for another car (something connected to the battery) and that I could look at the car but not drive it. If I liked it, I could reserve it and then drive/buy in a few days when it was ready. I made the hour drive and looked at the car, all good. Then the problems started. went in for a 5000 mile service, only 2500 miles on the car but we have had it for 9 months. Oil change and service were fine but there is a gasket or insulation or something else coming loose from the bottom of the windshield on the interior drivers side, mentioned in the request for service, mentioned during check i and pointed out that it had not been addressed when picked up. Was told that I would be contated to take care of it. So far no one has called, emailed or texted.

Very expensive! They raised their prices for oil change and tire rotation to $131. Didn't take care of recall of engine immobilizer. Won't be going back there again!
