This “clinic” released a dog left in a hot car that almost died, back to the POS that left him in a hot car…PD was trying to get a warrant, but some knucklehead decided it was ok for this “person” to get the dog back…pretty poor judgement and we all hope the POS “woman” will be held accountable. Thanks for being worthless and a detriment to a dog in your care. 🤬
This place is a joke! They are ok with animal cruelty and will release a dog back to the abuser!
this place is a joke. they are enabling animal abusers and then when confronted they claim they are legally bound to release the animal to who brought it in even though there is proof she doesnt own the animal and the police are involved. You should be ashamed of yourselves. you have a legal duty to protect the animals and you saw this dog was abused when it came in from being found in a hot car unattended.

I-20 Animal Medical Center condones animal cruelty. Little Archie in the picture below was left in a car, not running and windows up, on 8/3 by Denise Lafayette. By-standards and employees of a near by business saw Archie was in distress and removed him from the car by any means necessary. Animal Control was called but they would not make it in time for him to stay alive,so an employee of the near business took him to the shelter. The shelter then released to the owner of the car and she was to take him directly to the vet... read more
Business response:
We had an emergency come in two days ago. A heat stroke brought in by the owner according to her. We had no reason to suspect otherwise. The person shows up to pick up her dog and we released the patient to the person who sought emergency care. Had action happened the day of admission rather than while the owner was picking up we would have released the dog to an officer. We had no documentation upon release of the patient that it belonged to anyone other than the person who brought it in.
There is a post that a dog that was rescued from a car it was left in was taken there and they released a neglected dog to the abuser instead of the rightful owner.

This clinic does not care about animals. They proved that by releasing a cruelty case to the person who committed the animal cruelty!!! The dog wasn’t even hers!!! The clinic also ignored Fort Worth police who were getting a warrant to take the dog. There is no excuse for this. I will never take my dogs to this clinic and will never recommend this place.
