I got a loan and then I paid it off then they send a invoice stating I owe 200 then I ignored then went up to $400 all because of $3 remaining I didn’t pay
A waste of time app as it doesn’t recognize all banks. You’ll receive a call for verification and got blamed for not choosing disability as income , costumer service refuses to review the available income and insist that disability is there….. a waste of time, energy and money. I would go to other competitors
You can’t apply in app anymore, it just takes you to the website, which is now broken. It just puts you in an endless loop sending a notification to your banking app that never comes, and then times out. This is my second 1 star review. The last one was taken down, so the star rating the app has is bogus, they just take off poor reviews.
Personally my own experience Im not happy, ani already paid my loan and yet they said I have to wait 4 business days to clear up to my bank. Even sent them a proof that it’s been paid but they will make you feel that you are a liar . Other than that the interest is very high, loan sharks.
App advertised to people who cannot afford their groceries. Profiting from the poorest and hungry people. Really? Let your sense of morality choose whether to support this app.
They take loans out 2 days before you get paid! They also have the worst customer service when trying to work out arrangement for loans!! I had paid off my loan fully then they said that not all was paid apparently. They wanted proof I paid the money from my bank account and the payment was paid. So they literally took extra money from me. I do not recommend this lender!!
Have gotten 3 loans through icash. I then had to switch banks and they didn’t accept my new bank so no longer were able to help me. Didn’t offer any sort of options or anything. They say it’s quick and easy but every step takes about 5 hours.
Have made arrangements with them then they charge my acocunt threw the Roof 75$ 3 times here and other 25$ 4 Times there. For. 200$ loan smh now there taking my rent money do not a repeat do not ever use this company they don’t care about helping people they just wanna make your account negative
