I previously gave a 5-star review, but recent issues have lowered my rating. My loyalty status shows I’m eligible for same-day renewal, yet I can’t access it. During reapplication, I provided multiple proofs of payment and bank statements, but reps kept requesting changes beyond my control due to my bank’s updated interface. Loan terms are fair, but service quality has declined.

*update They were finally able to work me with on the issue I was having and I appreciate it. It's unfortunate that it took a 1 star review to get it done though. I will change my 1 star to 4. Would be 5 had they have been able to work with me right from the start.
