Maybe one day in the next 47 years the app will remember my device, ran out of new names for it years ago. So glad iccu isnt my main bank.

WHY DO I VERIFY EVERY SINGLE TIME J OPEN THIS APP?!?!? I don't know why this app does not recognize my phone. I have verified and registered my phone 17 times and still it requires me to give a pass code to access the app. FIX THIS BROKEN SYSTEM
this was a good app now I'm locked out and can't payoff my credit card. it tells me I'm not in a network location.
worst banking app ever, the only one that requires me to get a verification code, EVERY TIME I login, even WITH biometrics turned on in the app. if the app can't function properly with it's own settings, how is this supposedly "fraudster proof setting" (per the branch employee) supposed to work?!
Cloning is identity theft duplicating accounts, bank fraud, credit card fraud, and duplicating debits is illegal also in the United States 🇺🇸 🇺🇲
I take back my prior review, I'm getting random charges out of my account and the ICCU app fails regularly to the point where I cant access my money. I'm closing my account in the morning & never going back.
