The new App has face recognition sign-in which I don't think is safe enough to use yet. (Remember voice recognition that was dropped/unsafe) But.... Why did you remove the fingerprint/biometrics sign-in????? Now I have to look up to enter a ridiculously long password every time I want to log on. Please bring back the fingerprint / biometrics option for sign in. You can leave face recognition for those that want it but we should not be forced to use it or go back 10 years to password login only.

Pathetic!!!!! I have banked at iccu for over 40 years!!! NOW this flipping DOWN -DATE puts me back to STONE AGE instead of using PIN to immediately check all of MY ACCOUNTS! no thanks from ME. STOP BREAKING WHAT WORKS!!!!! NOT. PLEASED

It will not allow me to edit my payees, add a new one. Now I will have to use their site to pay my bill.
New update is several steps backward! I loved the ease and speed of access on the old app. This new version is muddied down, making once simple tasks difficult and time consuming to complete. In this past I was able to transfer funds between linked (outside) bank accounts with ease. I am no longer able to transfer funds between those accounts nor can I see the linked account (even though when I try to link them again the app tells me the accounts have already been linked).
