My account is blocked monthly, it takes one to two hours, IF I can get connected to the agent is a waste of time and frustrating. I do not want to change banks, however being to access my information is important to me.

I had a check from my place of employment that I needed to cash. I took it to the atm and deposited it there. About a week later a representative from ICCU called and was extremely rude and accused me of fraud. I was just doing what I was instructed to do by my employer. The representative then said I had 60 days to repay it, which I obviously couldn't do and I asked if I could have more time to repay so they wouldn't close out my account, he said NO! So now the account is closed wnd reporting!

Application is so unreliable on transactions history inaccurate Balance really considering not depositing My income into this bank

Please fix the back button functionality. If I hit the back button when I'm in something like alert settings for example, I only want to go back one page, not back to the friggin opening page of my account balances. This sucks.

Bring back the option to set up a pin to log in!! If I have to type in my username and password, I could just log in via my browser, and delete the app! All other financial apps have pin access. I've already sent the ICCU team this same feedback months ago.

Why no option to add account alerts sent via text message? Every other banking service offers this, but ICCU only allows email alerts. Please add text alerts.

ICCU is an embarrassment to Idaho consumers. Locked me into this fluctuating HELOC thays now more APR then my truck payment.. dont care abojt customers. Had a fee for accidental over draft from PayPal that shouldn't have went through.. they wpuldnt do anything. Wouldn't reverse the charge or anything. Additionally paid put money to scam site, reported it and they wouldn't do anything about that either.
