I really wish there was a dark mode or set automatically to device mode settings. the brightness of the white hurts my eyes. I have to constantly adjust my brightness on my phone.
The ap keeps logging me out when I try to make a mobile deposit.
this was a good app but now it is refusing to use biometrics to log in. I want to quickly check my accounts without compromising my PW to those around. please fix this
Requiring anyone to have a security method for locking & unlocking their mobile device (i.e., cellphone) or else ICCU's Mobile Banking App will not work, is a deal-breaker for me. If any app need to be that far into ANYONE ELSE'S private life, their personal preferences or their 'right to self-determine exactly how 'at risk' they truly are - I'd rather risk my privacy to a hacker than a banker!!!
very long to call for update on my account since leaving tucson, VERY. LONG !
Get another bank. Got charged a $5 fee for NSF on a $50 withdrawal when I had $63 in my account. They still took the $50 and didn't give it back. Don't trust people with your money who can't do basic math.
All of a sudden my phone won't open this app. I have had online banking for many years now,but can't use my phone for it anymore!!! 😡
