Before the update I had absolutely no issues with it. Now it is extremely difficult to use. I cannot get my account numbers through the app, and every single time I have to use 2 factor authentication the screen glitches out. It also doesn't let me copy paste the code, so I have to go back and forth while the app is glitching to try and look at my account balance. It is making me seriously consider no longer using ICCU as a whole.

Garbage. No help outside their operating hours. Just crash after crash. Poorly put together app and even worse support. If you're looking to make your credit score worse, this is the app for you.

Constantly says it doesn't "recognize this device" even though I've never used anything other than my phone I've had for years to sign in. Also doesn't have the option of sending the verification code via sms, only email. The email I have connected is slow as mud, so I never get the message in the "20 minute" time window that the code is good for.

Just force closes every time I try to open it. Restarted my phone, cleared caches, uninstalled and reinstalled and none of it has worked. Have to go to chrome to access my account now.
