I HATE the app!!!!! I'm sick of security codes that are never sent on a remembered phone & network. It's garbage I have to input my entire password & it still constantly does this! then I have to go to the branch. I want my pin login back & fix this BS!! This is the worst banking app I have to deal with

Try harder. Large portions of this app are non functional, and ever since the advent of this app there are things you have to use the app for. So now I am required to navigate this app in order to have full access to my money, and instead I am going to leave this bank entirely. The whole thing seems like an excuse to slack on customer service. Do better.
Horrible app, Horrible overview of what's going on, complicated login and linking external accounts in order to pay your loan off just doesn't work.
sucks always looks me out even when I never log in!
Not sure why, but app won't allow biometrics any longer. Super dissatisfied with this.
Since the update, the app is even worse than it was before!!! Another update. Now I can't even use the app at all. This is almost enough to make me change banks

Went to ICCU to avoid the normal hassle from big banks only to find out these people are worse. I'll be withdrawing my money ASAP.
