Would be 5 stars, but the app is no longer working on my phone. It keeps "shutting down" before i even reach a login page. I've reinstalled it, restarted my phone, and force stopped it and nothing works. I hope an update comes soon.

Have been using this bank for nearly ten years. I have been ising this same phone to log into the app for over a year but constantly have to verify through email every time i try to log in. My wife just got a new phone amd logged onto my account and it did not make her verify. Also there use to be security questions you could verify with which have been removed. I am very unhappy with this app and the bank.

Card Control App no longer launches. This app constantly gives an error that the ICCU Card Control app is not installed even when I have had it installed for years.

I have used this app before and have been very happy with it. Downloaded it to my K51 worked fine until a week ago. Now whenever I touch to sign in with password, the screen starts shaking rapidly. I talked to credit union, and my phone service. And have no idea what's going on. Whenever it asks my personal questions, it has never recognized me. Don't like the fingerprint sign in. Don't use it. How do I take it off?
