This is the most pathetic app I have ever seen. Westmark app is much much better. I closed all of my accounts at Iccu and opened westmark accounts. Also the worst place to work in Idaho. They are pathetic don't waste your time with this pathetic so called credit union
Hasn't worked at all since I've installed it!
Had my phone for a year and use this app everyday. And about once a month it blocks my account and says it does not recognize this device. Then asks me security questions that I answered from the last dozen times I reactivate and keeps saying wrong answers. And the only time you can get your account going again you have to call in during hours and wait for someone to help you then answer the questions that will just be wrong next month. fIX IT THIS IS ANNOYING
This app is only good to view your accounts. If you want to transfer money you have to go on the internet. It keeps asking me code questions, saying it doesn't recognize my phone.

I hate how I have to frequently enter in my security questions even if I save my phone. Sometimes the app loads forever and I have to reload it. Checking my balance and doing transfers is an easy process.
You promised that it would work for everyone. Yet so many can not get what they need. The bank seems fine, but this is not good at all. So many people are being left in the dark and we came to this bank to have the opposite.
Takes forever to update info and then all of a sudden, (a week later) you have $100.00 worth of overdraft fees that you have no idea about.
