I am SICK of this app not working properly. If you can't build a properly functioning banking app, how am I to know that the app's security is also functioning properly?? I can't log in unless I answer my security questions, yet the app doesn't allow me to type in my answers on the question page. FIX THIS BS APP!!!!!!
Great before latest update... Now I cannot do anything, I would log in, on that screen I would have a "locale" notification that I can do nothing with, and that notification follows me through all other pages... With that notification it covers up all of my accounts therefore not able to transfer or even look at my balances... I have tried to push all "Available" buttons on the notification to no avail... Now I am locked out due to trying to access through a different point... Will be calling tomorrow
This app never works when I need it to work. Never.
It's improving still has issues like unable to access my account when they are updating the app.
The old app was perfect. I'm always getting locked out of this difficult mess of a program. It's to the point that I almost want to change banks to a more user friendly one.
Won't load, just freezes
It doesn't not allow mobile deposit from Android. Major problem when you can't mobile deposit!
If something happens during the login process all you get is an error that says something had happened and a go back button that does nothing.
Doesn't work on my Galaxy Tab A. When I open up the app it doesn't even go to a log in screen. Just an em-pty ICCU home page with nothing but a few small hyperlinks on the bottom right to take you to contact page, help, etc.
