RecommendedI rented a fully furnished one bedroom, utilities included for six months. The staff was friendly and quickly took care of any maintenance issues. They regularly checked in with me to see if anything was needed and the move out was very smooth with no problems at all. The apartments are conveniently located near a Ft Liberty entrance and the expressway, and a grocery store within walking distance.

Maintenance happens usually within a day or so. Very quick ,I am impressed …you can make a work order online and they show up quick . I have had an overall good experience . Maintenance workers are respectful of your space and professional . Great location . 2 mins from N Reilly gate . Walking distance from restaurants and food lion.
Since Me and my family has stayed here we've been treated with Godly love. From the hospitality to the clean rooms with great amenities I recommend anybody in Charlotte if youre looking for somewhere great to stay long-term or temporary come to Independence Place it's worth it more than you know.
