RecommendedThe staff was very pleasant from the time I arrived until the time I left They answered any questions had about the apartments The grounds are kept very neat and clean It’s so much to do on this property to keep busy as far as a gym pool tennis Billards and so on .I know I will be very happy here .

Good place to live, close to downtown Fayetteville and other amenities. Staff was supportive and live. If you have issues just bring them up and they will help.

For as for the staff is very nice and helpful and I absolutely love the apartment that I was shown it was beautiful. And the price is not to bad, but I would like to know if they do anything for Veterans? I really appreciate everything about it.

Apartments are great, definitely worth the price, amenities, and all the things included. Staff are friendly and host tons of events for adults and kids alike! Just renewed for another year!

I spoke with Katelyn on the phone and she was so helpful. She answered all of my questions and tried to make sure that all of my needs were met. I later met with her in person, and she made me feel very welcomed. I think good customer service makes a big difference, and it definitely did for me. Thanks!
