I recommend that you send your entire salesforce to a sales training seminar so they can learn how to sell. My girlfriend and I walked into your dealership yesterday and we were not greeted, we were not spoken to, nobody approached us, and we felt like complete ghosts. Finally, after we approached somebody who worked there, I had to ask them if they were in sales. They take forever. They have had my bike almost 3 weeks now for general service. After noticing a leak they fixed it and neglected the service I brought it in for? They also didn’t call me to tell me my bike was done. So I waited til the end of the day and went in to find they close earlier than google told me so I can’t get my bike til they open on Tuesday. Hope I never have to take my bike back here!!! This is the 2nd time they had my bike for over 3 weeks!!!

I tried working with them but they couldn't seem to figure out the price on a s/s 4 wheeler. Then they called me and said it was sold, then it wasn't, then the price went from $21k to $26K. The whole experience seemed very peculiar and quite frankly untrustworthy. I tried working with the a few months prior and dealt with a seemingly very knowledgeable woman but once again, no prices and no call back.
