Went in with intent to purchase a new Indian motorcycle, none of the sales associates wanna work with you to make a deal! Even tried to compare prices and explain a deal I was getting and wanted them to earn my business they completely ignored and didn’t try anything! Went to Harley which was willing to deal! Now a proud cvo owner. My friend had the same experience! Went in approved for whatever he wanted by his bank, told them what he was looking for looked at a bike he liked and they didn’t try to even earn his business ... read more
I called the service department and asked about putting a tire on a rim for me (already had tire and rim off of bike already). They said sure be about 50 bucks and take 20-39 minutes....i stated i would have my wife drop off tire. She did that at 10:30am 2.5 hours pass and the tire is just starting to be tended to. After i was told just bring it in we will get you in and out. Thats my review. Brad Foote
RecommendedI have always bought all of my bikes from this dealership they have an outstanding staff everyone makes you feel like part of their family I came in to the store just after losing my mother and I talked to Rhonda and Debbie they made a difficult day better for me. as I said everyone at this dealership is top notch and I tell everyone that I meet that they need to visit even if they do not buy anything and that they will always remember their experience as a great one

Worst customer service took them 3 days to get the paperwork sent to the bank and then they changed the price last minute by about $3,000 on the purchase order they sent after I repeatedly asked if the price was correct and wrote it down the place is a joke

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with anywhere. No one knows what they are doing. Renigged on their advertised price once we found our own financing and kept our deposit! Will NEVER do business with this company!

We took a security deposit as a vessel to obtain a non stocking vehicle. Unfortunately the dealership that had advertised the vehicle for $10999 was mistaken, or willing to lose an excessive amount on the transaction. RecommendedThere are now Honda motorcycles!! Went to check out what they had with intentions to find a 50cc for my son. After talking with the staff and sizing Gavin to the bikes, I decided to get the CRF110. Easy to purchase and great helpful staff!! Stoked that there is another selection in town!! Get over and check out the Honda’s!!

That's right, you heard it right, Santa is coming into Lafayette IN in a Honda Talon, towing every trail bike, competition dirt bike, a.t.v., motorscooter, Groms, Goldwings, CBR's.......need I continue? "Follow the leader, We got the Honda"!!!! And there is some Pretty cool Classic Indian's as well!
