I have been in several times and staff have always been fun and friendly. Yesterday, staff just didn't seem like themselves.

Called to get some information because I live far away (before I made the drive), was told I would get a call back. 2 days later no call, so I called again for the same information was told that someone for sure would call me back. 3 days later......no call. Horrible customer service.

This is the only Indian, Victory dealer I use. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and they treat you like one of their own.
