Late December 2013 when they popped up as a dealer I rode my 2009 streetglide up to their dealership on Navco, within 3 minutes Dan had me test riding a Chieftain, no paperwork, no sales pitch, get on it and ride it. How I was treated by Dan and his staff was amazing, all dealers and salespeople need to take notes! I said it more then once, if there was any Dealer I would buy anything from, it would be him. Called in ref to vintage parts. Poor customer service wasn't interested at all in what I had to say. Was looking to donate two vintage chief fuel tanks. Your loss parts dept.
Took my first Indian Vintage test ride just after Christmas 2013. I think I have test ridden every model, except the Scout (too small for my 6'6" frame), since then. Dan, Dale and Mike worked patiently with me through all of it, and I bought my 2015 Roadmaster this February! Randy was great as he showed me through all the bikes features, and he did a wonderful job putting it together! Indian Motorcycle of Lafayette is a great dealership, from the sales experience to the service dept. Love the new building.
