I purchased a 2011 Can Am. It started acting up. Dropped off over 2 weeks ago. I’ve called and emailed, left messages. No return calls. Nothing. All his other power sports stores are open, not this one!

The people are extremely nice I brought my 2017 Indian roadmaster in for it 6000 mile check up and everyone made me feel very welcome From the donuts in the coffee in the waiting room to the sales guys and girls the service Writer right down to the mechanic. I live on the far south side of Indy and made the trek to Lafayette just for this great customer service experience. UPDATE: After being called by Brian aka “peewee” I was informed that after leaving an honest review on how I’ve been treated by this place, they will not finish performing the warranty work and have put it back together(not fixed) and to come and get it. Where to start? purchased brand new 2019 outlander 850 in late April, the unit only has 72hours and 540 miles on it. My husband bought his bike here they kept it for three weeks after he paid for it to fix so thing. Well he gets it home rode it a total of three times about 15 minutes a ride and now it’s sitting in a shop needing 500 dollars for repairs. I would never recommend this place to anyone and our sales person Rhonda who knows us mind you dident have three words to say we will never go back!!!!

Went in with intent to purchase a new Indian motorcycle, none of the sales associates wanna work with you to make a deal! Even tried to compare prices and explain a deal I was getting and wanted them to earn my business they completely ignored and didn’t try anything! Went to Harley which was willing to deal! Now a proud cvo owner. My friend had the same experience! I called the service department and asked about putting a tire on a rim for me (already had tire and rim off of bike already). They said sure be about 50 bucks and take 20-39 minutes....i stated i would have my wife drop off tire. She did that at 10:30am 2.5 hours pass and the tire is just starting to be tended to. After i was told just bring it in we will get you in and out. Thats my review. Brad Foote
