Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, got my confirmation email. Showed up for my appointment, NO employees were there. (11 am) There were other customers there, all waiting well past their appointments. I will make the drive to Indy to a dealership that does want they say.

I purchased a 2011 Can Am. It started acting up. Dropped off over 2 weeks ago. I’ve called and emailed, left messages. No return calls. Nothing. All his other power sports stores are open, not this one!

UPDATE: After being called by Brian aka “peewee” I was informed that after leaving an honest review on how I’ve been treated by this place, they will not finish performing the warranty work and have put it back together(not fixed) and to come and get it. Where to start? purchased brand new 2019 outlander 850 in late April, the unit only has 72hours and 540 miles on it. My husband bought his bike here they kept it for three weeks after he paid for it to fix so thing. Well he gets it home rode it a total of three times about 15 minutes a ride and now it’s sitting in a shop needing 500 dollars for repairs. I would never recommend this place to anyone and our sales person Rhonda who knows us mind you dident have three words to say we will never go back!!!!
