"Very Pleasant Experience" Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. I can't say enough positive things about the staff at Indy Wholesale Direct. They were able to get me approved on my 2014 Mercedes-Benz E350 despite a few blemished in my credit past. Thanks Again Guys!
This is a typical used car dealership where the purchase is all nice and professional, but that is where the good service ends. They will do the bare minimum to fix the car and it will take at least six trips to get the minimum. My car didn’t even have coolant and it overheated and broke down within a week. Now I find that there is another $4,000+ in serious repairs that need completed ASAP. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
I purchased a car online (asking price) and the salesperson / team was great but that is where this company stops being helpful or kind. I've have purchased plenty of used cars in my life, all have turned over the title quickly and without incident but not Indy Wholesale Direct. Sold a car where the seat belt sensor was purposely bypassed. Aaron Wilson will lie and threaten your wife. Indy Wholesale Direct is a fraud. Just like there GM.
After two months they still have not paid off my trade-in. No one will contact me back. I would never recommend this type of service to anyone.
Absolutely Unprofessional — Buyer Beware! If I could give Indy Wholesale Direct zero stars, I would. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable from start to finish. This place is deceptive and not ethical. They told me the 2004 Mercedes SL 500 Convertible was in pristine condition when I called. I asked it everything was working, especially the top and they told me it worked no issue with the car. I took the day off work, drove over 3 hours to see the vehicle. When I got there the car was filthy dirty, not detailed, the top was broke and didn't work, the hydraulic were broke. and for the finally when you put the car in reverse the dash red light came on and side Brake malfunction. I was sold a car for $15,000 and was told that it needed a catalytic converter and that they would fix it prior to the purchase. I was unaware that IWD put an aftermarket (generic) part in the car that did not adequately fix the issue. IWD agreed to replace it a second time, but after having the car for over 22 days in their garage, they replaced it with another substandard part that failed again within a few days. Unfortunately, this dealership has proven to be selling faulty and inadequate vehicles with no accountability. After 2 1/2 yrs of looking for the right truck to pull our RV. We opted to drive over 2hrs to look at a 2015 Ford F350. We asked for pictures of the under carriage to ensure there wasn't a lot of rust as most of them were found to have.
